What is Aspira Health?
Where did the name come from? What does it mean? Aspira itself is a made up name, but the meaning behind our company’s conception mirrors the root word aspire. Aspira started with the idea that healthcare could do better for the patient in terms of quality of care and access. We wanted to reach for the stars to make the most memorable experience possible for the patient, giving the consumer more control over the care they receive and leave them amazed at how little time they had to invest in a doctor’s visit. Aspiring for a “Wow!” from the patient is what we’re all about.
So how do we ascend to new heights in healthcare? To start, we went out and adopted the best technology we could find to improve organizational performance. The idea was that if the technology doesn’t work, then the clinicians can’t do their job well. With our integrated software, doctors can spend time seeing the patient and not filling out forms or documenting your visit for hours. Instead, patients complete intake paperwork ahead of their visit through the online portal, and medical histories can be uploaded to the system so you can spend more time talking to the doctor about your health concerns.
