We are now Atracare: The Next Chapter

We have become an integral part of the pandemic response for most citizens of Sussex County, and we’ve seen parents, teachers, and healthcare workers rely on us to get tested, provide primary care, be seen emergently in our Walk-In Clinic, and stay healthy so they can live their best lives.  Since opening 18 months ago we have been both honored and humbled to serve the healthcare needs of the county during that time.

Since opening, we have received many heartwarming messages, online reviews, awards, and even loving homemade treats to keep our employees energized through long days.  We are thrilled to be part of your healthcare story and meet the demands of our growing community and county.

Challenges Along the Way

We have always focused on having a strong presence online through social media and in search engine optimization. While our ranking has allowed patients to locate us and learn about our services, our success online has also outranked larger companies with similar names and a name change has been requested by these larger corporations to avoid name confusion.

As we grow, we are moving away from being just a name and more towards our mark that exemplifies the care that patients receive. While we need to change our name, we want to be more than just a name. Instead we strive to be a brand that exemplifies our care and the “A plus” efforts we make to serve and treat our community which our logo represents.

Everything we are working towards is designed for the community, and in addition to our Pediatrics, Primary Care, and Urgent Care Departments, we are now branching out extensively into Mental Health, Pharmacy, and Speciality Care services with the opening of our Plantations Medical Center.  These new services will require a new structure to support the growing business. We will be re-branding to reflect a new and different company that will provide the same great customer service, but also pivot boldly toward the future with the goal of expanding access to healthcare and innovating at the speed of life to meet patient demand.  We will be the same great company with the same great care, but under a new banner that will provide more opportunities for patients and providers.

Announcing a New Name

As we take this robust step forward, we will become Atracare: a name meant to be simple, solid, and enduring in all endeavors relating to our mission.  A mission that is driven to address health needs through a personalized and innovative approach.  With this new name, we pledge to say Yes! to whatever patient needs are.  We pledge to stay Open in our hearts and in our minds so that we can hear your problems and help you find solutions, and we promise to Explore new ways to make accessing care easier and more affordable so that we can help the ones that need it most.

It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we present to you a new and exciting path forward in your healthcare: Atracare.

We will continue offering the same premiere healthcare services to our community, including Pediatrics, Primary Care, Urgent-Care/Walk-In Care, Covid Vaccines and Treatment, Postpartum Wellness and Telehealth.
